I did it! At last!
Off with my panel of 20 images and my printed book (working profile), I made the 6 hour round trip to the BIPP head offices for my assessment. I am delighted to say I passed, or made the grade; or whatever the term should be.
So now I am a Licentiateship Member with the British Institute of Professional Photography (LBIPP). There were four people judging my work who gave me a very clear direction for the next steps in my work and in what direction to take it for ABIPP.
I really am delighted, as anyone can atest to who has gone for these exams, it really is a lot of work that goes into the panel.

Yes the race is on between myself and Simon. I am aiming for ABIPP next; then it's official- the race for Fellowship! 🙂
